Got our Shih tzu groomed at Augie last weekend. We chanced upon this place after having an unpleasant experience with the regular grooming place we take our doggo to. And Augie was such a welcome change. The attitude of the staff, their willingness to give good customer service, their polite disposition, and most importantly the gentleness and care with which they handled our doggo, is commendable.

Thank you for your grooming for our pet .It is an essential for pet health and hygiene. Regular sessions reduce shedding and strengthen bonds. We choose a groomers in another places but this time we choose augie. The groomers take care of our pets like a baby. It's a positive experience and we were happy while seeing our pet after grooming. Healthy pet with a clean and shiny coat makes us too happy. The best they made it.

Unbelievably, got the bites delivered to home by 14.50. Kudos to Ms. Dhivya Sri, whose enthusiasm in meeting customer needs at such unbelievable pace. Worth making tele / online purchase, if we get such fantastic service.

They did an awesome grooming for cookie. The professionals here are very polite and cooperative and took care of her very well as it was little delayed for us to pick her up back after grooming. The handling of the pets here are way better than other places that we have tried already.
